Rebar Bending is achieved via mechanical power transfer. The control system consists of an electrical automation system. This system enables the operator to make bending angle adjustments.
These machines run with mechanical and electrical automation system. By inputting the desired angle via switch pins, the most needed angle settings (set-square, bent-bars, hook bends) can easily be set in rebar bending. The machine is capable of turning left and right and can be controlled manually or automatically. Other than the standardized bending, different types of bending (like stirrup, spiral bending) are also possible via installing different optional bending apparatus on the machine. It’s a machine that’s used in construction sites and rebar fabrication plants.
